    AMAZING customer service; GREAT pool stick
    I called on a Wednesday from all the way in Oregon in order to get some information on this pool stick for my Husband's Birth Day. The man I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable, honest (telling me the things that I didn't need to buy and not trying to just sell things), and helpful! The pool stick arrived just 2 days later (Friday), in plenty of time for my Husband's Birth Day! The man I spoke with assured me that he would put the pool stick in the mail right away to help it get here in time, even though he said that he couldn't guarantee it to be here in time unless I ordered faster shipping (I ordered free shipping), because it would depend on how fast the mail process beyond his control would go, but that he would ship it from his shop right away and HE DID! I got an email confirming shipping within about 10 minutes and he clearly did EXACTLY what he said he would do, being that it got all the way here in just a couple of days! The pool stick itself was packaged perfectly and is in pristine condition. My Husband could not be happier with it! He says it is as straight as an arrow and is the best one he has ever had/used! Thank you SO MUCH for providing such amazing customer service and such a great product!
